DeepCool AG400 PLUS CPU Cooler

The DeepCool AG400 PLUS is a high-performance single-tower CPU cooler designed to provide efficient and quiet cooling for a wide range of modern processors. It's a versatile solution that strikes an excellent balance between cooling capability, low noise levels, and affordability, making it a popular choice for both new PC builds and system upgrades. At its core, the AG400 PLUS utilizes four high-efficiency 6mm direct-contact copper heat pipes. These heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU's heat spreader, ensuring rapid heat transfer from the processor to the aluminum fin stack. This direct-touch technology is highly effective at drawing heat away from the core, even during intense workloads like gaming or video rendering. The aluminum fin array is optimized to maximize surface area for heat dissipation, allowing the two included 120mm fans to move a significant amount of air through the cooler. The "PLUS" in the name refers to the inclusion of a second 120mm fan, configured in a push-pull setup. This dual-fan configuration dramatically improves cooling efficiency by increasing static pressure and airflow, which helps to push more air through the fin stack and lowers temperatures more effectively than a single fan. Despite the added performance, the fans are designed to operate quietly, thanks to their fluid dynamic bearings and PWM control, which allows their speed to be adjusted based on CPU temperature.
